How much is your delivery charge?

Hot Delivery is free to Winchburgh and Kirkliston. For others areas, pick up time slots are available from 4:30PM onwards at bexbox in Winchburgh. Fresh Prep Pack Delivery is also free to Linlithgow. As business grows, we hope to expand our free delivery service to other areas in West Lothian.

What is your normal delivery time?

We normally deliver between 5pm and 8pm. Contact us for available time slots in your area.

Can I order on an ad-hoc basis?

Yes you can. All we ask is that you give us a minimum 24 hours notice. This ensures quality and reduces waste.

If I decide to subscribe for a certain number of days per week, can I change my days?

Yes you can. Just let us know by Sunday your preferred days for the following week.

How do I make payment?

For subscribers, simply set up a weekly standing order. If you’re an ad-hoc customer, you can quickly and easily make your payment to bexbox via bank transfer. Details will be provided with your first bexbox order.

I currently subscribe twice per week, but I am going on holiday soon. What happens then?

Bexbox is completely flexible to your needs. You can choose to skip a week/weeks and pickup whenever you’re ready. In terms of payment, you have two options:-

  1. Temporarily suspend your weekly standing order while you are away.
  2. Simply order extra boxes in the weeks before and/or after your holiday to make up the difference.
What's the difference between Grown-up box and Plus box?

The Plus box is 25% larger than the Grown-up box.

For the cook your own packs, how do the Essentials Pack and Full Pack compare?

The Essentials Pack includes meat and sauce only. The Full Pack includes meat, sauce, carbohydrates and vegetables to cook a whole meal.
